The “clean booster” pedal design can give one a deep and wide signal that is much more than simply raising the gain level. Animals Pedal teamed up with the minds at Wren and Cuff to bring you the Dawn Ocean Meditation Booster. This is the powerful sound of the classic booster pedals from the 60s and 70s with our modern touch. The DOMB has a thickness of tone without changing the high and low frequency content of your signal.

With booster pedals, the tone is more important than the boost function. We want to have the ability to use a clean boost and the lower levels, then as you turn up the BOOST knob, the harmonic component of the tone changes with a little “edge” added to your tone. As the signal level increases, the strength and overtones will differ with the volume. Our Dawn Ocean will give you much more harmonic complexity and tonal edge than a standard booster pedal.

Our latest version of the DOMB has improved access to the footswitch by placing it to the front right spot on the pedal, while also making it easier to change the battery when needed. The art has been upgraded, and the circuit has been fine-tuned and expanded to work well with a wider range of guitars and amplifiers.

Artwork is by Jonas Cleasson, a surf artist active in Australia.

Animals Pedal x Wren and Cuff

Wren and Cuff are a USA boutique brand that has created fuzz pedals for many guitarists, including the great J Mascis from Dinosaur Jr. We asked them to collaborate on a booster pedal with us, and the Dawn Ocean Meditation Booster was born. While many of the custom boutique pedals use vintage and hard to find parts, our manufacturing and Wren and Cuff’s design have come together to bring you these vintage tones with modern manufacturing reliability and a more attractive price.

Great buy-read update
Flavor Name: Beef, Size: Large
My dog loved it right away. Kept going from his old bone to this one and finally just stuck with this one. My dog is a 90 pound 1.5 year old German Shepherd. The size is fine. I don’t know what the other people were talking about when they said the large was too small for big dogs. It’s not indestructible, after one day there were serious gouges on it, but it looks like it’s going to last quite awhile. I will say, he’s not able to gnaw off little pieces of it, and that’s a great thing. I couldn’t give it five stars, because we just received it, and the dog has only had it for a few days. So it’s 4 stars. ****UPDATE**** As of Jan. 1, 2021, the bone is in the trash. The thing seemed to get softer and come apart more easily the more he chewed. I was finding little pieces all over and god only knows much of it he swallowed. Now I give it 3 stars.

Yes it's for aggressive chewers
Flavor Name: Beef, Size: Medium, Flavor Name: Beef, Size: Medium
I have 2 dogs a malti poo and 120 lb pit rotty mix. My son just moved in with his 8 month old pitty/ 90 lbs. needless to say we have purchased sooo many bones and toys, always have to have bones for them all or they argue and fight. This bone we have had for about 8 -9 days.. They all chew on it non stop and it is still fully intact with a few rough areas where they chewed up the suface. The picture was taken today. But keep in mind they will typically go through a large elk antler ($40) in about 4-5 days.. down to splinters. but not this bone. I got the beef. It does have a slight smell, kind of beefy but no worse than some other bones we bought. Only noticed it taking it out of the package. They all enjoy it. I was worried they wouldn't be interested because it's fake.. but no. I will definitely purchase a few more cuz when someone isn't home the pitty will chew shoes or remotes, etc. Every day was a new surprise. But he hasn't touched anything since we got this bone. I would definitely recommend for aggressive chewers and the price is reasonable.

Disappointing
Flavor Name: Chicken, Size: Large
I was disappointed. In the description, it mentioned it has meat aroma. It doesn't. My dog has barely paid any attention to it at all... and he will chew on anything!

Great Dog Chew!
My American Pitbull who is 10 months old is an aggressive chewer. He loves this Tikaton bacon scented dog chew. My picture reflects the part he loves the most-the center. It’s his favorite chew & has been chewing on it nonstop & there’s little sign of true wear & tear. He licks the outer portion & really focuses on chewing the center. I like how it’s a non-toxic nylon. The box clearly gives a heads up that this could be a chocking hazard so I do watch him when he’s chewing. He’s 60lbs. & I did get him a large so it’s not too small for him. I don’t foresee him choking on it but I’m cautious. Despite his aggressive chewing there has been zero sign of any piece tearing off. I like how it’s designed so he chews from the side rather than from the top or bottom. I did take a picture, for your reference, which I hope is helpful, of what the box reads in regards to the chew in general. Possibly this will determine if you feel this is right for your dog. I feel it’s a quality chew & it’s worth what I paid. I do recommend!
